Returns Policy
RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you have received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition it was received in, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is damaged or defaulted in any way, we will cover the costs of return shipping. However, for a simple change of mind, you as the consumer are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Package Your Return
Safely pack your item(s) to prevent damage in transit. Include your order number inside the package.

Confirmation & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is accepted, we unfortunately cannot cover shipping costs as we are a small business already fronting a number of other additional costs. However, if the item is faulty or not fit for use, we will happily send you a return shipping label.
